How do I use Natpro progesterone cream and how much should I use?

Natpro is applied directly to the skin, where it is absorbed rapidly and effectively — studies have found topical progesterone cream to be as effective as injections and to enter circulation quickly.

It can be applied anywhere on the body— it does not need to be restricted to thin-skinned areas. The skin comprises 95% keratinocytes, which have ample progesterone receptor sites, and even hair follicles absorb progesterone well. It can be used vaginally or rubbed into your gums.

How much to use:
The amount is not determined by size, weight, or height — it is determined by your symptoms.

  • For general use and mild symptoms: 100–200mg/day
  • For severe symptoms: 400–600mg/day
  • Apply at least twice daily, as levels begin dropping after approximately 13 hours
  • In severe cases, application can be as frequent as hourly

For men:
Use 10–100mg/day, applied twice daily, or more frequently if symptoms are severe.

Important:
Vitamin D deficiency, high adrenaline, excess blood glucose, phytoestrogens, HRT, and the contraceptive pill can all reduce progesterone's effectiveness. Ensuring adequate vitamin D levels is strongly recommended.
